Birthin' Again and Birth Story Workshops
Birthin' Again courses are specially prepared with experienced parents in mind.
Brief and to-the-point, we will explore the impact of previous birth experiences,
discuss ways to prepare younger children for the newest family member, play games to further "baby-proof" your marriage,
and create time to make this pregnancy as special as the first.
In Birth Story Workshops, mothers who have had difficult or traumatic birth or postpartum experiences work in
intimate groups, learning how to "re-frame" their birth stories, allowing much-needed healing and forgiveness
to take place.
