Postpartum Wellness
Gather with other mothers and their babies to share knowledge about child rearing, breastfeeding, and adjusting to motherhood! We will practice infant massage and lullabies; discuss baby-wearing and sleeping patterns; try helpful teas and oils; and welcome one another into motherhood with a special massage. Using movements adapted from the ancient art of oriental dance, you will learn and practice safe exercises for strengthening your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and energizing your entire body. ![]() This is an ongoing course which aims to support mothers in creating and maintaining health and wholeness for themeselves, their families and their communities. |
